Purchased but not shipped (Cancelation):
Cancelation before shipment is subject to a 5% processing fee.
Product has been delivered:
- No returns are possible after 30 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received them.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Sumarpo. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Sumarpo, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned, or sacrifice the item.
If your return is approved, you may receive an exchange or a refund.
Please send us a notification with the tracking number after shipping any items for return. Once we received the item, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.
If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Experience team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping Damage Claims

We accept all the addresses and product changes of order before the order doesn't be shipped.
Product has been shipped or delivered:
We DO NOT accept all the addresses and product changes of the order that has been shipped or delivered.
- We recommend trying on your items quickly after receiving them to ensure size and fit are correct.
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process from the day they are shipped back.
- You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
- All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
- Sumarpo is not responsible for returns damaged in transit, so please use a service with tracking and take care in wrapping your items securely.
