WARRANTY

-From the date of purchase, SUMARPO offers a two-year manufacturing and material warranty for all wetsuits. (proof of purchase is indispensable)

-The repaired or warranted products through the retail place of purchase or www.eu.sumarpo.com customer service can directly exchange. Product warranties are valid for the original owner; if purchased used or second-hand and through any unauthorized dealer, classified ads of any type, and online auction sites, the product warranties are void.

Shipping

We ship all over the world, and we offer free shipping for orders over 99 EUR.

Processing takes 1-2 working days and delivery usually takes 3-7 days.


We work hard to meet all delivery times, but sometimes there may be delays - eg. due to delays at our shipping partners, logistical problems, or bad weather. If applicable, shipping, taxes, additional fees, and duty costs may vary and must be paid by the customer. We will keep you updated as far as we can. You are always welcome to contact us if any problems arise or if you are wondering about anything.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout after you enter your shipping address. Depending on your location and order value, we offer free shipping.

We always try to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times: 3-7 business days.

Notice: For all orders, including pre-orders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Collections are not delayed whenever they are expected to ship.

Possible reasons could be that your bank didn’t authorize the 3D Secure transaction, the card security check failed, or the payment exceeded your credit card limit. Due to security limitations, we cannot tell why the system declined a payment.

The prices and payment processing are conducted in the currency displayed during the checkout process.

For many countries, the website displays prices and conducts payment processing in the local currency. If your country has not been selected yet, the prices may update after entering your shipping address during checkout to reflect the appropriate currency. However, for all other countries not specified, the prices and payments are conducted in Euros (EUR). In the European Union (EU), product prices and costs include local Value Added Tax (VAT) for destinations within the EU. The specific VAT amount will be visible during the checkout process.

For the rest of the world, product prices and costs do not include VAT or tax for destinations outside the European Union. However, please note that local import taxes, duties, and fees may be added upon delivery for shipments outside the EU.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

When you cancel the order before shipping, you will be charged a 5% order cancellation fee. The money will be refunded to your original account after we accept your request.

You have the right to return the products in 30 days, given the products are unused and in original condition. You pay for the return shipping and use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.

If you need to cancel the order and ask for a refund, please contact us at: eu.support@sumarpo.com for help, be sure to provide your order number and any other relevant information to help them identify your purchase. The money will be refunded to your original account after we receive the products.

We accept all the addresses and product changes of order before the order doesn't be shipped.

We DO NOT accept all the addresses and product changes of the order that has been shipped or delivered.

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at eu.support@sumarpo.com
